Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Matana. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return. Please email us at shopmatana@gmail.com beforehand to let us know you will be making a return. 

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. 

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method once your return is received.
